BLUEline Equipment Co. has taken its exclusive heat exchange technology and patented flow control and applied it to the ThermalWave® II Vortec and ThermalWave® II HP Vortec. What this means for you is consistent, reliable heat and performance while eliminating maintenance prone components. Simply set the temperature selector valve to the desired setting and go to work. This state-of-the-art heat exchange and heat transfer system generates temperatures of up to 240°.

GM Vortec™ 61 hp Fuel Injected System
The engine features a water- cooled cast iron block and single overhead cam valvetrain to optimize performance and efficiency. Crank triggered, spark ignition system uses the coil pack, crankshaft position sensor and ECM for accurate spark timing.

CAT Water Pump
The ThermalWave II has a poly-V serpentine belt driven 340 High Temp CAT pump. The HP has a CAT 5CP 3000 PSI water pump— ideal for hot water power washing.
